Upon giving the details of what I was looking for, they instructed me to purchase their “basic” package, which is extremely vague, and nothing is outlined. Therefor, anytime I had asked for work to be done, I was constantly reminded that “I’m in the basic plan.” Unclear why they didn’t suggest upgrading so that I could get the help that I needed.
