The task was to install Klaviyo and transfer the database from MailChimp to Klaviyo. It was not entirely successful as the old Klaviyo account was activated and the customers from MailChimp were transferred to a trial account, resulting in suboptimal functionality. If we hadn't discovered this, we could have risked losing the entire database once the trial period had ended.
